Project Description:
The New Employee Orientation course was developed to support a smooth onboarding experience for newly hired staff at Huntsville Behavior Associates (HBA). This course introduces team members to HBA’s mission, vision, and core values, while also providing a comprehensive overview of the services offered and the populations served. Additionally, it outlines essential company policies and emphasizes the importance of confidentiality and professional conduct within the workplace.

Target Audience:
Newly hired employees at Huntsville Behavior Associates, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), administrative staff, and other support personnel.
